Main Themes

Papers submitted to the Congress should address the following themes, exclusively:
Preferential Line:
The ILO and the International Labour Law: Human Right to work; to social security; to trade union; and other labour rights.
Other Thematic Lines:

    • Functional and critical analysis of the Covenants and / or Agreements on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, and the functioning of their Committees (UN and Regional Organizations);
    • Human rights of peoples to self-determination in economic, social, or cultural matters;
    • Human Right to international cooperation;
    • Human Right to development;
    • Human Right to non-discrimination in economic, social, or cultural matters;
    • Human Right to family protection and assistance;
    • Human Right to maternity protection;
    • Human Right to protection of children and youth;
    • Human Right to an adequate standard of living and decent living conditions:
      • Human Right to food;
      • Human Right to clothing;
      • Human Right to housing;
      • Human Right to water;
    • Human Right to physical and mental health;
    • Human Right to education;
    • Human Right to culture and cultural diversity;
    • Human Right to copyright protection.
